I was born in Romania in a city called Targu-Mures. My training in Kyokushin started under the wings of Sempai Mult Csaba (2nd Dan currently) at the age of 13. I first started competition with forms, and then moved to full contact kumite tournaments. After fighting in many local tournaments, I was able to secure 1st place at the National Romanian Tournament in the women’s heavy weight division. Next, I placed first in the Balcan Tournament (1997). Also during this year I fought in my first European tournament coming in second in Poland. During the summer of 1998 in Hungaria I tested for my black belt under Shihan Wakiuchi. That year also brought along my greatest achievement to date; first place at the World Kumite Tournament in Toyko Japan (women’s heavy weight). Also in 1998 I placed 3rd at the European Championship in Ukraine. In 2001 I tested for my 2nd degree black belt with Kancho Shokei Matsui at the Romanian Black Sea. 2001 was also the year I placed 4th at the World Kumite Championship (middle weight division)Osaka , Japan. I moved to Denver on October 1st, 2001 where I trained in Enshin Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and grappling.
I started my first dojo in 2007 in the same town. In february 2009 I tested for my 3-rd degree black belt with shihan John Adams.
I continue to run my dojo teach  and train in both full-contact and non-contact martial arts, as well as participating in a variety of seminars to expand my knowledge and physical abilities.
